INTO THE NIGHT, is a group exhibition of prints, drawings, and paintings by Susan Fothergill, Judith Geher, and Dana Holst.
INTO THE NIGHT blends feminine imagery with depictions of prey animals, evoking a sense of danger and sensuality that hides under the cover of night. It is often the darkest twilight hours when predators set out to hunt, or when lovers rendezvous in secret. It is this duality of darkness that Susan Fothergill, Judith Geher, and Dana Holst’s works explore. The provocative pieces in the exhibition conjure primal emotions of fear and lust, affirming to their audience that origins of desire are unruly and animalistic.
